“As you know, we had a very fine architect who designed a house that is natural, delicate, comfortable, strong, and is pleasing to the eye. But we are fully aware that his design executed by any other contractor, had a big chance of being poorly constructed. The Groza Construction company are experts in pricing a project and keeping detailed records of actual cost as compared to the estimate. It also sees to it that materials, supplies, and fixtures are ordered on time and priced at the best value. They contract with the trades people-plumbers, electricians, metal workers et al. They schedule all aspects of the job and put in place the bonding and insurance that protects all in the process of construction. They handle the client interface with professional care and provide easy to use progress reports as well as billing data. It was a pleasure working with the Groza team.
