PROJECT MANAGER
The person we’re seeking has a strong background in construction and understands how to manage projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with clients, architects, field teams, and subcontractors to keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with our quality standards.

SUPERINTENDENT
The person we’re seeking has a solid background in construction and is the gold-standard of site management. This person is a site management pro who takes full ownership of the jobsite, cares about the smallest details, and looks for every opportunity to lead positively.

Truly understand the guts of a project, from technical construction methods to high-end materials.

Obsess over the details—if it’s an 1/16" off, be the one who notices first.

Maintain a calm, orderly site even when juggling ten different trades and a tight schedule.

Bridge the gap between a complex blueprint and a finished wall.

Own the schedule and know exactly where your resources need to be before they’re needed.

Hold a high bar for excellence and never settle for "good enough" when the standard is greatness.

Problem-solve with a level head, and have the humility to ask for a second opinion.

Catch the "misses" in the drawings before they become expensive problems in the field.

MASTER CARPENTER
The person we are seeking has a solid carpentry background in residential projects and is looking for a tremendous opportunity with an established company that does construction differently. This person looks for opportunities to lead positively and can teach and master new skills.
Expectations:

Truly understand the implications of plumb, level, and square.

Able to use optical levels and lasers for control.
-
Experience with framing layouts 16" and 24" o.c., and embedment layouts.

Can hang doors with the best of them.
-
Knowledge in setting large format windows and doors.
-
Can build and set cabinet kick platforms and then successfully install cabinets layering in all the tricky things like appliance interfaces and counter sub tops.

Loves a good challenge with custom hardware from Italy without translated instructions.
-
Knows how to layout and install architectural paneling, decking, fasciae, soffits, ceilings, railings, etc.

Can lead others in doing all of these things.
CONCRETE LEAD
The person we are seeking has a solid concrete background in residential or commercial projects and is looking for a tremendous opportunity with an established company that does construction differently. This person looks for opportunities to lead positively and likes to be extremely prepared for concrete pours.

Experience and knowledge forming with plywood, Symons steel forms, and board form.

Knowledge of how to build vertical formwork that must be stripped the same day for finishing.

Experience and knowledge of placing reinforcing to engineered drawings.
-
Flatwork finishing, placing, hand cut control joints, edging, steel trowel, power trowel.
-
Vertical finishing same day of pour.
-
Knowledge of how to achieve different levels of exposure ranging from light acid etch to heavy exposed aggregate using acids and TopCast.
-
Knowledge of how to stay safe using acids.
-
Can lead others in doing all of these things.
