Groza and the Environment

Groza is committed to protecting the environment and the adjacent Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. We built the first LEED Platinum house in the area and we go the extra mile by having our in-house engineers manage our storm water program which prevents our site sediment from damaging sensitive waterways. Most of our team grew up here – we have a vested interest in keeping the peninsula safe, clean, and healthy. We are in support of making sound decisions now for the benefit of our future.
