Anchored by gable-shaped forms of pneumatically impacted stabilized earth (PISE) made from site soils, this Santa Lucia Preserve home moderates its interior climate by these thick earthen walls, and has a “feel” all its own. Its design was inspired by the homestead cabin feel of summers in the Catskills.
"Working with Groza Construction was a delight. Brian and his entire team are top notch and their professionalism and integrity was evident from start to finish in every facet of both their construction and administrative processes. They would definitely be our contractor of choice on any future projects."
