Established in 1978, Groza Construction, Inc. has been involved in some of the most technical craftsmanship on the Monterey Peninsula. Our reputation has grown from the evidence that our people - from the Project Manager to the Apprentice Carpenter - share the desire and passion to build exceptionally. Maintaining the highest level of integrity in all our business transactions has enabled us to build relationships of trust and cooperation among suppliers, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, engineers, and most importantly, our clients. Our reputation for excellent collaboration has resulted in projects in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterra, Tehama, and The Santa Lucia Preserve.
The core employees of Groza Construction are specialists. Project Managers are proficient in communication, budgeting, and analysis, replete with field experience to bolster their contributions. Foremen are master carpenters with a creative eye that provides insight and tolerates no inefficiency. This leadership results in efficient projects built to the highest standard.
Successful projects begin with the building of a strong team and cooperation. The result of putting in efforts before breaking ground on a project not only produces projects that are completed on time and on budget, but also enjoyable. We have collaborated in many successful projects and each one has reinforced the importance of teamwork. Particularly now, as the demand for certified green homes is growing, the ability to work as a team is invaluable. We have developed very good relationships with exceptional architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and other design professionals and, as a result, have acquired the resources necessary to assemble outstanding design-build teams with the abilities to accommodate any style or programmatic requirements.
Groza Construction has also kept the importance of progress and technology in the building industry a high priority. We have completed homes that comply with the guidelines and standards of both the USGBC and the Build It Green programs, including the first LEED Platinum residence in Monterey County, and have developed the necessary administrative tools to navigate green projects efficiently in the future.
We look forward to collaborating with you on your next design endeavor.
